2. Shipping Fee & Free Shipping Threshold

Shipping fees for online orders are calculated based on the net VAT-inclusive product subtotal after any applicable coupon or campaign discounts:

• Orders with a post-discount net product subtotal of 5,000.00 TL or above qualify for free shipping (0.00 TL).
• Orders with a post-discount net product subtotal below 5,000.00 TL incur a fixed shipping fee of 250.00 TL.
• If applying a discount reduces the net product subtotal below 5,000.00 TL, the fixed 250.00 TL shipping fee applies.
• For multi-item baskets, shipping is calculated once on the combined net product subtotal and is displayed as a separate line item in the order summary prior to payment.

3. Dispatch Preparation Timelines by Product Type

Stated preparation times refer to the time required to prepare and hand the order over to the carrier (dispatch time); they do not represent carrier transit duration to the recipient's address.

• Ready Standard-Sized Rugs: Dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom-Sized (Cut-to-Size / Bespoke) Rugs: Prepared according to the dimensions specified by the customer and dispatched within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard Products Requiring Stock/Supply Confirmation: Dispatch timing is communicated to the customer following post-order supply verification; no automatic fixed timeframe is assumed.
• Mixed Baskets (Multi-Item Orders): When a basket contains items with different preparation rules, each item follows its own preparation schedule; items may be shipped together or in partial shipments.

4. Delivery Scope, Methods & Statutory Maximum Period

Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses within the borders of Turkey; international shipping is not available.

Depending on the delivery region and product nature, orders are delivered via contracted courier/logistics companies, by Seçkin Halı's own delivery vehicle in eligible areas, or via in-store pickup upon customer preference.

Weekends and official public holidays are not counted as business days. Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the maximum statutory delivery period shall not exceed 30 days from the order date.

5. Order and Shipment Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the carrier name and tracking number are recorded in your order details.

You can track preparation and delivery status anytime via the Order Tracking (/en/siparis-takip) page or under My Account > My Orders.

6. Delivery Inspection & Damaged Packages

Rugs and runners are packaged in protective roll or folded wrapping to prevent transit damage.

If you notice tearing, moisture, crushing, or visible transit damage on the outer packaging upon delivery, please ask the courier officer to issue a Damage Assessment Report (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) and contact us at 0530 086 02 24 or seckin.hali24@gmail.com. The absence of a report does not forfeit your statutory consumer rights under Law No. 6502.
